We do offer in-person customer support services. You can visit our downtown location at 942 Pacific Ave, Mon ‒ Fri, 8am ‒ 4:30pm or by appointment).

If you need to update your account with documentation we can also scan  those items and update your account on your behalf. We recommend bringing in the documentation with you so we can assist you on the spot.


For payments- Currently we can only accept cash/check payments over the counter or we can charge payments to credit cards that are already on file with the account. For your safety, we are unable to update digital payment information on your behalf. Credit card information on accounts must be updated by the account holder themselves. Please reach out to us if you need a walkthrough on these steps.

How do I get a permit?

In order to obtain a permit, you must have an active account. Account holders are responsible for managing all vehicle information and permit coverage for both themselves and their guests. Permits are issued electronically per the authorization of the transaction and are shared real time with the enforcement software. Permit coverage for vehicles are confirmed via an electronic receipt.

Are permits transferrable?


Yes. In the event your vehicle gets a new plate or you would like to assign the permit to a new vehicle, you must have the permit transferred. Changing the vehicle on your account’s vehicle list does not automatically transfer the permit to the new plate. I added a vehicle to my account. Is it automatically covered under a permit?

No. Permit coverage must be designated to a specific vehicle in order to establish coverage. The transaction must be finalized in order to complete the coverage request. An email confirmation will be sent to the account holder once the transaction is finalized and all permit receipts are saved to accounts.
